Service Description

Dean is a skilled return to sport physical therapist with a skill set beyond most treatment providers you will encounter. He has a a gift of working with patients in his field in all three categories: communication, assessment and treatment. It is hard to find this trifecta in the world of PT. Clients can travel to his home in Bothell or he will travel to you for an extra fee.

Cancellation Policy

A client needs to give 48 hours notice for a cancelled session unless determined to be an emergency, such as an accident or an illness. Otherwise, you will be charge the full session rate.
